About Us:

Silverprivate Car Rental is a fast-growing, independent car rental business serving the DC metro area with a focus on weekly rentals and strong customer relationships. We operate a fleet of 12 vehicles and offer remote booking, automated billing, and full maintenance tracking through our online systems.

We are seeking a dependable, tech-savvy, and customer-focused Operations Assistant to help manage our day-to-day operations, primarily remotely with occasional in-person vehicle pickups, drop-offs, and service runs.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor Stripe and CRM dashboard to ensure weekly rental payments are received on time
Communicate with customers via text, email, and phone regarding payments, vehicle issues, or schedule changes
Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs — drop off and pick up vehicles from trusted mechanic shops
Occasionally meet customers to deliver or retrieve rental vehicles in the DC area
Keep basic service records and communicate vehicle needs to the owner
Identify overdue accounts and assist in follow-up communications
Provide excellent customer service, especially in high-pressure or time-sensitive situations
Report issues or customer disputes clearly and professionally

Qualifications:

Minimum 21 years of age
Valid driver’s license for at least 2 years with clean driving record
Able to drive various vehicle types (sedans, SUVs, trucks)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Comfortable using online tools like Stripe, Google Drive, CRM systems (training provided)
Must own a smartphone and be responsive during working hours
Punctual, reliable, and able to operate with minimal supervision

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
