Job Description

Soussi is looking for a positive team leader. The Shift leader role entails the following:

Prior to staff arrival duties :

Prep cash tray for Bar
Set tasks for cleaning / Repairs
Liquor / beer Inventory check
Create 86 list
Trouble shoot maintenance issues
Speak with kitchen regarding items to push daily/specials (if restrooms need attention – kitchen staff is go to)

At Staff arrival duties Pre opening:

Hold staff meeting and discuss specials / tasks / menu updates / targets
Assign staff sections
Assign staff cleaning duties (staff wipes down all surfaces in dining and bar area – windows and doors * Bartender to clean and wipe down both sides of bar walls)
Arrange dining tables with candle / salt&pep shakers
Insure clean floor inside and exterior area of establishment
Promo board placed outside
Roll Ups made
Water keg filled
Session Started
Lights on and candles lit

Open and running duties:

MUST OBTAIN AN ABRA Alcohol manager license (Soussi sponsored)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
