Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending appropriate health and life insurance solutions. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a consultative sales approach, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate new business through leads, referrals, and networking.
Conduct needs-based consultations with clients to recommend suitable health and life insurance products.
Educate clients on policy options, coverage details, and benefits.
Assist clients with applications, underwriting requirements, and policy issuance.
Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Stay current on industry trends, compliance regulations, and product offerings.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:

Active Health and Life Insurance License in Maryland, Virginia, or Washington, DC (required).
Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual abilities (a plus).
Existing book of business or strong local network.
Experience with Medicare, ACA, or supplemental insurance products.
