Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Concierge will assist with various administrative duties while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist them with inquiries and requests.
Manage front desk operations, including handling multi-line phone systems.
Provide customer support by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain organized records through data entry, filing, and calendar management.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
Assist with office management duties, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Perform clerical tasks such as typing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
Support administrative functions by utilizing Microsoft Office and Google Workspace effectively.
Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients and vendors.
Foster a positive environment by being bilingual (if applicable) to assist diverse clientele.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
Familiarity with front desk operations and office management practices.
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
Experience with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and calendar management.
Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are an advantage.
Previous experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist is beneficial but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.71 - $27.35 per hour
