We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused barista to join our team. In this role, you will prepare coffee and espresso drinks, manage inventory, maintain brewing equipment, and keep the bar area clean and organized. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, passion for crafting delicious drinks, and knowledge of coffee brewing equipment. This position offers hourly pay plus tips. Responsibilities

Dial in espresso grinder and all coffee settings before the start of a shift
Warmly greet customers as they enter
Answer any customer questions
Prepare beverages with care (latte, cappuccino, matcha latte, etc.)
Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked
Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs

Skills

Previous work experience as a Barista preferred
Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
Knowledge of sanitation and food safety regulations
Flexibility to work various shifts
Ability to gauge customers’ preferences
Excellent communication skills
High school diploma; relevant training is a plus
