Responsibilities

Conduct in-person/face to face meetings to introduce solar solutions to prospective clients
Identify customer needs and present tailored solar energy options that maximize benefits and savings
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies and promotional campaigns
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering technical insights into solar products
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions within CRM systems

Skills

Proven experience in outside sales, or energy sales preferred
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently
Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued for reaching diverse communities.
Knowledge of solar sales processes, technical product features, and energy industry trends preferred
Ability to lead conversations with confidence while maintaining a customer-focused approach
Experience in marketing strategies that attract and engage potential clients effectively
Demonstrated customer service skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and relationship building
