Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must reside within the Metro Atlanta counties in the State of Georgia. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will be the point of contact for both internal and external communications, managing various administrative tasks while maintaining a professional demeanor. This role requires proficiency in office management, customer service, and clerical duties.

Duties

Excellent phone etiquette
Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records
Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document preparation, communication, and data management
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
Support office management duties to ensure smooth daily operations
Collaborate with CEO on various administrative projects as required

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail in data entry and filing
Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse clients
Demonstrated clerical experience with a focus on customer service excellence
Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Basic bookkeeping knowledge is preferred but not required
