The Sterling Group offers full time positions with a W2 benefits package, which includes paid time off, health insurance, 401k with matching, and training reimbursement. Therapists are compensated based on billable hours and administrative time, with a full-time position (25+ weekly sessions) earning more than $100,000 per year. We are looking for full-time therapists and offer the flexibility to make your own schedule and work with the clients you want to see.

Qualifications

Master in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline
Active clinical license (LICSW, LGSW, LPC, LGPC, LMHC or equivalent) in DC
Licensure in additional states (VA, MD) preferred
Desire to work as part of a collaborative, supportive team
1+ years experience in private practice setting and/or providing individual therapy to young adults strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to young adults
Availability for a minimum of 25 client sessions per week, with a minimum of 4 days per week on-site at our DC office
Complete timely documentation and maintain schedule in practice's EHR
Coordinate care with clients' other providers as needed
Participate in weekly individual supervision and monthly group consultations

Pay: $60.00 - $85.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 26 per week
