The Tower Club Tysons Corner is looking for a Bartender to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. You will make people feel welcome and add value to our customers' experience.

Bartenders must be able to work both independently and within the team.

Responsibilities

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
Interact with customers and make recommendations
Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Plan and present bar menu
Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Skills

Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
Computer literacy
Knowledge of a second language is a plus but not required for the position. We will train you on our system.
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, clean, etc.

Server responsibilities

The Server is responsible for providing food and beverage service to Members and Guests while consistently displaying a positive attitude with knowledge about the food and beverage menu

Work closely and coordinate with other team members to ensure Member/Guest satisfaction and retention

Day-to-Day

Responsible for food and beverage service to Members and guests, adhering to the company standards of service

Comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menu, including daily features and specials

Possess clear knowledge of all various liquors, beer and wines available at the Club

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.75 per hour
