Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and responsible CDL (Class B or higher) Driver to operate a rear-load trash collection truck. The ideal candidate will ensure safe driving practices, excellent customer service, and compliance with all company, state, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections in line with DOT and company standards.

Safely operate a rear-load truck along assigned routes for residential and/or commercial collection.

Lift and load residential waste and recycling containers, using manual and hydraulic equipment as needed.

Maintain cleanliness of vehicle and report maintenance concerns promptly.

Complete daily logs, route sheets, and vehicle condition reports.

Provide courteous service to all customers, addressing concerns when necessary.

Monitor waste for prohibited items and report issues as needed.

Respond quickly to spills or debris, ensuring safety and compliance.

Attend all required team meetings and safety trainings.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Valid CDL (Class B or higher) with air brake endorsement.

Good driving record and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Must be physically capable of lifting 50-75 lbs repeatedly.

Comfortable with outdoor work in all weather conditions.

Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts.

Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Monday to Friday beginning at 5:00 am

Occasional rotating weekends

Weekends as needed
