Experienced Cake Assistant

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Cake Assistant to join our bakery team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in cake decorating, pastry preparation, or a similar bakery position. You will assist with preparing, decorating, and packaging cakes while maintaining high standards for quality, presentation, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Assist with preparing and decorating cakes and other bakery products
Decorate cakes using icing, cream, and other decorative materials
Follow recipes and maintain consistent quality and presentation
Package and prepare finished products for display or customer pickup
Keep the work area clean and follow food safety standards
Work efficiently with the bakery team in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Previous cake decorating or bakery experience is required
Strong attention to detail and presentation
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, organized, and able to work well as part of a team

Pay: $18.44 - $20.00 per hour
