**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar area. **Duties**

- Greet customers and provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

- Prepare and serve drinks, including beer, wine, and cocktails, to a high standard.

- Manage cash and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar top, shelves, and storage areas.

- Handle food and beverages safely and hygienically, adhering to food safety and handling guidelines.

- Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.

- Work effectively in a team environment and support other staff members as needed.

- Keep up-to-date with current trends and popular drinks, making recommendations to customers as appropriate.

- Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring that the bar is well-stocked at all times.

**Skills**

- Experience working in a restaurant or similar environment.

- Proficiency in operating a POS system.

- Strong retail math skills.

- Familiarity with food safety and handling practices.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- A strong background in hospitality and bartending.
