Medical Assistant, Cardiology • Columbia, MD • Hybrid (1 day remote, 4 days onsite)
Pay: $48,000–$52,000 + bonus
Schedule: Full-time, weekdays
Join a fast-growing telehealth cardiology team where MAs aren't “back office.” You'll be in the care loop, not chasing faxes.

What you'll do

Prep patients before telehealth visits (intake, meds, AV check)

Sit in on live virtual cardiology appointments with NP/MD

Complete post-visit tasks: records, labs, scheduling follow-ups

Track and triage patient and provider messages daily

Propose labs/tests for NP signature and update records

Keep communication tight between patients, NPs, and cardiologists

Must-haves

High school diploma or GED

Accredited Medical Assistant certification

1+ year experience in cardiology or specialty care

Strong tech skills and video visit comfort

Able to work hybrid in Columbia, MD (no fully remote)

Nice to have

Prior telehealth/virtual medicine experience
