Our Mission: Love People, Journey Together, Make a Difference.

Are you looking for a more meaningful career—but don’t have the professional experience or certification/license? At Virginia Home Care Partners, we believe the right heart matters just as much as the right skills.

We’re seeking mission-minded individuals who want to make a real difference in someone’s life. This is your opportunity to partner with a locally owned agency that has been working with Clients and Care Partners (caregivers) in the Fredericksburg area for over 13 years. We have redefined what home care looks like—for both our Clients and our Care Partners.

We provide an exceptional no-cost credentialing program:

As a licensed agency, our in-house Personal Care Credentialing program is provided at no cost and is designed to equip you for success as an integral partner with our Care Team. You’ll receive hands-on training with a licensed nurse in our skills lab, using the same equipment found in our Clients’ homes—so you feel confident and prepared.
