Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support ongoing business operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The position is primarily remote but requires occasional in-person meetings and support in the Baltimore area. This is a long-term role for someone looking to grow with an organization and become a key support partner in daily operations.

Duties

Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, and schedules
Create, update, and track spreadsheets and documents
Track tasks, deadlines, and ongoing business initiatives
Attend meetings (virtual and occasional in-person) and take detailed notes
Assist with planning and coordinating business and program-related activities
Organize information, files, and internal processes
Communicate regularly via phone, text, email, and virtual platforms
Provide general administrative and organizational support

Qualifications

Must live in the Baltimore, MD area
Must have reliable transportation
Prior administrative or assistant experience preferred
Strong computer skills, including experience with spreadsheets
Experience using Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
