Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, polished, and motivated Sales & Administrative Associate to join our growing team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with jewelry sales experience who enjoys working directly with clients while also supporting the operational and administrative functions that keep our showroom running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing luxury sales with backend office responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Support

Assist clients in showroom with jewelry sales and service inquiries
Support sales associates during appointments and consultations
Help maintain exceptional client experience throughout the sales process
Deliver completed jobs and manage client pick-ups
Receive and process jewelry repairs

Administrative & Operations

Create and manage invoices, client records, and documentation
Maintain organized follow-up systems and backend workflow
Assist with inventory monitoring and showroom organization
Answer phones and manage appointment scheduling/inquiries
Support day-to-day office operations and administrative needs

What We’re Looking For

Previous sales experience required, preferably in luxury retail or jewelry
Jewelry industry experience strongly preferred
Experience with The Edge jewelry software is highly preferred
Strong organizational and administrative abilities
Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced boutique environment
Polished appearance and professional demeanor
Self-starter with strong attention to detail and initiative

Schedule

Tuesday–Saturday | 10 AM – 5 PM

Closed Sunday & Monday

(Additional holiday hours may apply during peak season)
