Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Planning Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will support various financial operations, including financial analysis, and customer relationship management. This role requires a solid understanding of financial concepts and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.

Duties

Utilize Excel to prepare client financial plans
Update and maintain client files with appropriate documentation with accuracy
Prepare client portfolio reports
Provide general administrative support to the Care Program team
Tracks and documents client transactions including deposits, rollovers and transfers of client accounts
Reviews trades for accuracy
Completes client annuity withdrawal paperwork
Orders prospectus and annual reports
Monitors client’s statement of intent and manages spreadsheet
Retitles investment accounts
Updates client beneficiaries and bank links
Opens investment accounts
Completes rollover/transfer paperwork
Processes investment checks

Requirements

Communication skills, both written and verbal needed.
Previous experience in finance or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong mathematical skills desired.
Proficiency in using computer software tools is highly desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
