Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and creating exceptional experiences for patrons.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety regulations
Skills:
- Proficient in cash handling and retail math
- Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of basic math for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills to engage with patrons effectively
- Familiarity with food industry practices and food safety guidelines
