Your Role as a Medical Assistant at RxWellness
As a Medical Assistant supporting our Nurses, you will play a critical role in patient care, assisting with advanced diagnostic testing procedures and ensuring efficient operations.
You will:
- Support Diagnostic Testing Procedures: Perform and assist Nurses on various testing procedures after proper training
- Patient Scheduling & Case Management: Coordinate appointments, manage patient cases, and facilitate smooth transitions through their treatment plans.
- Patient Education: Provide detailed explanations of diagnostic testing processes and therapy options to support informed patient decisions.
- Medical Documentation: Accurately document patient records to ensure seamless follow-up care and compliance.
- Assist Providers: Support Nurses with daily tasks, ensuring a seamless, patient-focused environment.
- Uphold High Standards: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism across all office areas.
