Experienced Warehouse Order Selectors- Immediate openings available !!
$17-$18/hr PLUS opportunity for weekly Incentives of $250 or more!
Start time 5PM until completion (often requires overtime)
Off Saturday and another day during the week
Summary: The Order Selector is responsible for pulling full case product, operating electric pallet jack, and using voice activated headset. Upon completion of pulling products to fulfill orders, the Order Selector is responsible for loading delivery trucks according to route. The Order Selector must be able to maintain an expected work pace and meet minimum productivity guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment (35-55 degrees)
- Must be able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly up to 50lbs throughout shift
- Must be able to work scheduled, assigned times and required overtime for the position
- Must be able to meet productivity goal of 1,100 cases per shift by 30 days
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years direct order pulling experience preferably in the produce industry
- Warehouse distribution and produce knowledge
- 2 years of recent Electric Riding Pallet Jack experience
- Vo-Collect (Voice Picking) Headset experience Schedule:
- Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Reading customer orders accurately.
- Locating and selecting the specific warehouse items to fulfill the customer’s order.
- Operating Electric Riding Jack and other warehouse machinery to stack items and prepare orders for shipping.
- Placing the prepared orders in the correct dock slips for loading onto shipping trucks.
- Performing visual inspections of orders to ensure they are correct and ready for shipment.
- Labeling order shipments correctly for easy identification
- Applying shrink wrap to the prepared order before shipping.
- Following warehouse safety procedures for the operation of equipment, such as wearing proper clothing, safe food handling, and maintaining awareness of your surroundings and the other workers when transporting items
- Qualification, Skills & Experience:
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- 3-5 years direct order pulling experience preferably in the produce industry
- Warehouse distribution and produce knowledge
- Electric Riding Jack experience required

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
