We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests while crafting delicious beverages in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in bartending and commitment to hospitality will ensure that every patron enjoys their experience at our establishment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and stocked.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections.
- Process orders efficiently using the POS system, ensuring accurate transactions.
- Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Uphold food safety standards and regulations while handling ingredients and beverages.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking usage.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of food handling practices, food safety regulations, and retail math is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
- Familiarity with brewing techniques is a plus for establishments that serve craft beers or specialty drinks.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests in a nightclub or bar setting is essential.

Pay: $24.09 - $26.67 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
