Hawk ‘n’ Dove, a Capitol Hill landmark known for its warm hospitality, historic charm, and lively atmosphere, is looking for experienced and energetic Bartenders/Servers to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional food, craft cocktails, and genuine service to locals, professionals, and visitors alike.
What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to all guests.
- Mix, garnish, and serve cocktails, beer, and wine to Hawk ‘n’ Dove standards.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, deliver items promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, tables, and service areas.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver a seamless guest experience.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a bartender or server in a high-volume restaurant/bar.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Must be at least 21 years old with required certifications (ABRA Manager’s License is a plus but not required).
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
