**Position Overview:**
Lola’s is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Bartenders and Servers who are passionate about hospitality, cocktails, and creating memorable guest experiences. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building connections with the community, and want to be part of a tight-knit team. You’ll be serving our Capitol Hill patrons, providing exceptional service, and contributing to the warm, friendly vibe that Lola’s is known for.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Prepare and serve drinks according to Lola’s cocktail menu standards.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area.
- Educate guests about the menu, seasonal items, and cocktail selections.
- Handle transactions, including cash and credit card payments, with accuracy.
- Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons.
- Work collaboratively with team members and support the positive culture at Lola’s.
**Requirements:**
- Prior bartending and/or serving experience preferred, especially in a fast-paced bar environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Knowledge of cocktails and a willingness to learn our menu offerings.
- Availability for evening and night shifts, including weekends.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and stay calm under pressure.
- Team player with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude.
- Must be 21+ to serve alcohol.
