Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and creative Assistant Store Manage who loves retail, is excited about our store's mission, and can bring energy and leadership to our team. You will help us create an unforgettable shopping experience, drive sales, and motivate our staff--all while honoring the incredible women who paved the way for future generations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead with Passion: Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operation, including customer service, sales, and employee development.
Inspire and Motivate: Create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for customers and staff, showcasing our powerful merchandise and mission.
Drive Sales:Assist in executing retail strategies that meet and exceed store goals, while delivering a memorable shopping experience.
Visual Merchandising: Keep the store looking fresh, vibrant, and aligned with the spirit of the suffrage movement through creative merchandising displays.
Employee Management:Train and support our sales team, fostering a collaborative and empowering environment.
What We're Looking For:
Retail Experience:Minimum of 3 years in retail management for supevisory roles, preferably in specialty retail or a mission-driven environment.
Leadership Skills: Strong team leadership and motivation abilities to create an upbeat, positive workplace.
Passion for Women's Empowerment:A genuine interest in women's history and the mission behind our store.
Customer Service Pro: Friendly, approachable, and focused on creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.
Visual and Creative Eye: Ability to maintain attractive product displays that capture the essence of our brand.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and staff alike.
