Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Lead and train kitchen staff in culinary techniques and kitchen management practices.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any guest complaints effectively.
Implement staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership.

Requirements

Proven experience in food service management or hospitality management, preferably in a quick service fast food restaurant setting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Knowledge of culinary practices and kitchen management techniques.
Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial reporting.
Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
