**Sales Representative Opportunity in the Northern Virginia Area**
Join our dynamic team as a sales representative in the vibrant Northern Virginia area.
We seek motivated individuals ready to leverage warm leads—no cold calling required. While experience in closing in-home sales is a plus, we invite passionate candidates without prior experience to thrive in our comprehensive paid training program.
**Position Highlights:**
- Receive prequalified warm leads to maximize your success.
- Enjoy a solid base salary of $32,500.

- Conduct sales appointments Monday through Friday at 10 a.m., 2 p.m., and 6 p.m., with additional slots on Saturdays at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
**What You Will Do:**
- Conduct thorough evaluations of customers' existing materials, including essential attic inspections.
- Accurately measure and create tailored bids for customer projects.
- Clearly articulate the features and benefits of our outstanding products and services during engaging sales presentations.
- Utilize proven closing techniques to address objections while guiding customers toward a “same-day-close” agreement.
- Complete all necessary paperwork, including financial documents and contracts, to seamlessly finalize sales.
- Provide dedicated follow-up and customer service as directed by your manager and customers.
- Be an active participant in trade shows, managing setup, breakdown, and execution.
- Play a vital role in generating leads to boost overall performance.
- Be available for estimates Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
**What Your Background Looks Like**
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- A minimum of two years of successful experience closing in-home sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfort with computers and a strong technical aptitude for using all iOS devices. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to quickly build rapport with customers.
- Flexible availability for sales appointments during specified times.
- A valid driver’s license and a vehicle for full-time use.
**Compensation:**
- Competitive base salary of $32,500.
