Job Overview:
As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our spa, ensuring an outstanding guest experience, and leading a team of skilled professionals. You will be instrumental in maintaining smooth operations, managing staff, promoting spa services, and ensuring that we meet financial and guest satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of estheticians, therapists, and support staff, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
- Guest Experience: Ensure every guest receives exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Address and resolve any guest concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, maintaining spa cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Sales and Marketing: Promote spa services, retail products, and special offers. Actively drive retail sales, membership programs, and package offerings.
- Financial Management: Monitor spa revenue, track performance, and manage budgets. Ensure all payments and financial transactions are handled accurately.
- Training and Development: Provide training to new and existing staff on services, sales techniques, and customer service standards. Foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Promotions and Client Retention: Implement and execute marketing initiatives, including promotions, loyalty programs, and client follow-up, to retain and grow the client base.
- Administrative Duties: Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling, managing client records, and reporting on operational and financial performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Spa Manager or in a similar managerial role within the wellness, hospitality, or beauty industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of spa services, skincare products, and industry trends.
- Ability to manage budgets, track financial performance, and meet sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in spa management software and scheduling tools.
