Position Details
Assistant Store Managers are selling Managers that are leaders in our stores. They work inside our retail showroom in ahigh-integrity, relational sales environment. Our product assortment is very broad, from washers and dryers to premium luxury appliances. Most of our customers purchase multiple items, often times with custom installation services. Attention to detail and follow up skills are critically important in this position.
Compensation and Training Pay
Appliance Specialists are commissioned salespeople and earn well above the industry average. There is an initial 4-week period with training pay. This helps cover the ramp-up period while learning and building a pipeline of sales.
Details of the commission plan will be thoroughly explained during the interview process. In total, an Appliance Specialist should earn $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
Assistant Store Manager Qualifications and Skills:
- Five years of retail experience is required.
- Prior sales management experience is preferred.
- An outgoing, positive attitude is a must.
- Manager candidates need to have excellent sales skills and the ability to train new team members.
- The Assistant Store Manager position is a full-time commission job with fantastic earning potential.
