Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Bartender to join our team in a vibrant hospitality environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing bar operations, and providing outstanding service in a fast-paced setting.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies.
- Process customer orders efficiently using the POS system while ensuring accurate cash handling.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction with their drinks and overall experience.
- Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines while preparing garnishes and snacks as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist in ordering as necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events or special functions to ensure seamless service.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending or related roles within the food industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is a plus.
- Experience in nightclub settings or catering events is advantageous but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for engaging with guests.
