As a Regional Director of Operations for Aramark SeniorLIFE+ you will plan, manage, and guide contracted services, meeting operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs for multiple client locations with a total managed operational volume of $10+ million annually. Depending on the client(s), services can include food service, facility support, custodial services, retail, lodging, transportation, and more. Our Regional Director of Operations are capable operations managers who lead a team to provide excellent service to our clients. With knowledge of the client’s business, positive relationship building skills, financial savvy, and a focus on safety, our team makes a difference every day. This is a remote position that requires travel up to 65% of the time.
COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $120,000.00 to $140,000.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
