We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager/Operator in the daily operations of the store. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, customer service, and team development.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations

- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

- Train and develop employees on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills

- Conduct employee orientation and ensure new hires are properly onboarded

- Assist in creating and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills

- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to the team

- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop strategies to achieve sales targets

- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with inventory management

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent training and development skills

- Proven sales experience, preferably in wireless sales or a related field

- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth

- Strong negotiation skills to drive sales and achieve targets

- Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and inventory management purposes

- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships
