Rudy’s Golf & Sports Bar is an entertainment destination, combining golf, great food, and a lively atmosphere. We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Bartenders & Servers to join our team! Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service while taking orders, serving food and beverages, and making recommendations.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and company standards (bartenders).
Ensure accurate order entry and timely service to guests.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bar, tables, and service stations
Check IDs and adhere to all alcohol service regulations.
Engage with guests to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies.
Work collaboratively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

✅ Previous experience in bartending and/or serving preferred, but not required—willing to train the right candidate!
✅ Must be 18+ (servers) or 21+ (bartenders).
✅ Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
✅ Strong communication and multitasking skills.
✅ Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
✅ Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs during shifts.
✅ Knowledge of beer, cocktails, and food service is a plus!
