About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Education & Support: Deliver ongoing education and training to healthcare providers about the benefits of our services and share emerging industry best practices.
- Strategic Execution: Take full ownership of your territory by developing and implementing tailored strategies to meet and exceed regional goals.
- Relationship Building: Identify, engage, and nurture connections with key decision-makers at hospitals, clinics, and physician offices.
- Values Communication: Articulate the unique benefits of our pharmacy services, ensuring healthcare professionals understand our commitment to enhanced patient care.
- Market Analysis: Monitor trends and analyze data to uncover new business opportunities and refine strategic initiatives.
- CRM Management: Maintain detailed, accurate records of client interactions and provider engagement activities using our advanced CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless patient care and optimal service delivery.
- Industry Representation: Represent our brand at key events and meetings, staying updated on industry developments and fostering strong community ties.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Prior experience as a Medical Assistant.
- Prior experience in Dermatology.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your assigned territory.
Preferred:
- Proven history of surpassing performance targets and building strong, lasting relationships.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare provider development, especially in dermatology and/or specialty pharmacy.
- Exposure to healthcare marketing environments.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
