Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The Laborers shall perform move services, moving property within the building or building to building. The laborers shall perform the following tasks:
- Physical furniture moves, disassembly and reassembly (working with hand tools)
- Moving computer equipment
- Delivery of moving boxes and copy paper
- Conference room setups
- Employee moves within or building to building
- Interact with customers daily
- Duties as assigned
- Able to lift 80lbs
Minimum Qualifications:
- Responsible and professional work ethic
- Possess skills to assemble and disassemble furniture consistent with the manufacturer's requirements to prevent damage
- Experience in Knoll Morrison hardwired workstations
- Experience in Steelcase Context modular workstations on raised floor
- Experience in Jofco, Knoll and Haworth conference room and case goods Herman Miller modular furniture
- Experience in Task seating
- Possess skills to move equipment within office buildings safely
- Ability to operate hand trucks, pallet jackets, shrink wrap machines, and forklifts and maintain forklift certification
- Able to work occasional weekends and after hours when required
