Must be local to the Washington D.C. area and have reliable method of transportation
- Support administration of safety and health training program to include serving as assistant to administrator and third-party systems. These include HRMS Safety Learning Paths, Moodle, SharePoint and other related systems.

Support the Safety Training email resource account by answering questions, editing training assignments according to established procedures, and assisting learners with troubleshooting any difficulties experienced while accessing the learning management systems.

Develop/update training materials as needed to conduct training for staff.
- Conduct training and demonstrations for staff on the safety training program and related systems.

Support OSHEM safety outreach activities by developing outreach materials and communications, staffing booths, and coordinating outreach events and expos.
Requires exceptional experience with MS Office Suite and spreadsheets
Must be able to demonstrate two or more years of experience using SharePoint, Moodle, or a similar learning management system
Must be able to demonstrate two or more years of experience with data entry and quality control
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in order o respond to customers in a timely and professional manner
