The Children in the Shoe is offering a $1500 retention bonus for eligible full-time employees and a $750 retention bonus for eligible part-time employees. We are on the hunt for the best, brightest, and most fun-loving teachers to join our team! We're excited to welcome you into our community, where leadership focuses on enriching the lives of teachers as much as serving kids and families. How do we do that? First of all, we believe that if we're going to work together for 40 hours each week, work must be fun (this is a childcare center, not an accounting firm!). We also provide individualized support, tailored training plans, and the best benefits package in town! So come join The Shoe and find out what we are all about.
