Join us for this incredible Lead Bartender opportunity at Park Hyatt Washington's Blue Duck Tavern Lounge. The Lead Bartender is an experienced mixologist responsible for daily bar prep, creating specialty menu items, and training lounge colleagues. This position offers opportunity for casual conversation, creativity and allows for building on one's style and previous bartending experiences.

Starting rate: $14.00 per hour, based on experience

Qualifications:

Extensive bartender experience, lead bartender experience preferred

Fine dining or elevated bar/lounge experience

Understanding of local serving guidelines and sanitation standards

Knowledge of current and emerging industry trends
Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
