Server:
A KPot Server must possess exceptional customer service skills, as well as a solid understanding of food handling regulations. Servers will greet guests, answer questions regarding the menu, our restaurant concept, and alcohol questions. As a Korean BBQ restaurant, basic cooking/grilling knowledge is recommended as cooking for customers is a customary tradition. Servers are required to run their own food as well as up-keeping ones area/section throughout the shift.
Experience is NOT required but willingness to learn is.
Candidates are required to go through four days of paid training prior to being hired. Training will consist of bussing tables, running food, cleaning, situational training, and alcohol training.

Salary:
Servers will be paid a base hourly of $3.00 an hour. At KPot, servers will work for their own tips with the potential to earn upwards an average of $15- $40 an hour in tips alone.

Hostess
Here a K-Pot, We offer a friendly and fun working environment where we mold our staff to learn different skills and life lessons. Many of our hostess' started off working here as their first job in high school or right out of high school. Many have learned the skills to eventually become Servers, Assistant Managers, and Managers.
Experience is not required but willingness to learn is as well is the ability to take direction and listen.
The main priority of Hostess according to people who do not work in the restaurant industry is to smile and say hi. While this is a responsibility, it is much deeper than that.
The hostess is the first face a customer sees when walking into a restaurant. You are the first impression they get the second they step in and your personality and vibe will determine how the customer feels. With that being said, Hostess' are the manager's right hand person. They work directly together to resolve any issues, conflicts, or disagreements.

Required experience for bartenders. Looking for bartenders with flexible availability, including weekends. Bartenders will be taking care of and serving at the bar and will also be taking care of a few tables as well.

Food Runner/ Busser
A food runner/ busser helps the wait staff improve the dining experience for customers. They play a crucial part in a restaurant, performing a range of duties including assisting guests with orders, running out food to the guests' table, and retrieving empty plates on their way back.
Responsibilities & Duties
● Primary job functions include loading food onto the runner’s cart, double checking orders, running food out from the kitchen to the customer, making sure customers receive accurate food
● Menu knowledge should be extensive. Awareness and ability to describe all food, drink, and special menu items, if asked by a guest
● Attention to detail and organization skills to ensure the correct food orders are matched to the correct guest
● Cleaning and refilling all food plates, bowls, and utensils
● Ability to lift boxes occasionally up to 25lbs. Standing on one’s feet in a fast-paced environment for a period of approximately 4 hours or longer
● At the end of the shift, the dining room is broken down and reset for the next day’s service, including all busser carts, soup trays, kitchen tools, and garbage pails cleaned/lined
● Maybe asked to perform other related tasks or duties as deemed necessary
Qualifications
Minimum - No prior restaurant experience is necessary
Preferred - 1+ years prior restaurant experience
