We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong understanding of customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing exceptional service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Experience in nightclubs or restaurants is preferred.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service while taking drink orders.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system, including Aloha POS.
- Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Stay informed about new drink recipes, brewing techniques, and industry trends to enhance guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a bartender in a nightclub or restaurant setting is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using POS systems; familiarity with Toast POS is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, including brewing methods.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be at least 21 years old and possess any necessary certifications or permits required by local laws.
- Experience in food service or retail math is an advantage.
- For now we are closed on Sunday, Monday & Tuesday unless there are private events.

Pay: $24.27 - $26.85 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
