We are a family-owned fine jewelry boutique specializing in custom jewelry design and offering a curated selection of fine jewelry. We’re looking for a self-motivated, sales-driven, and highly organized associate to join our team. What We're Looking For:
- A self-starter who takes initiative and is eager to grow in sales.
- Someone with strong sales skills who can confidently guide customers through purchases.
- A highly organized individual who can multitask effectively.
- A warm and engaging personality who enjoys building lasting client relationships.
- Jewelry knowledge is a plus but not required – we’re happy to train the right candidate!
- Availability to work weekends is required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, guiding clients through our custom jewelry process and in-store collections.
- Assist with jewelry and watch repair intake, ensuring accuracy and clear communication about services and timelines.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Keep the boutique well-presented and assist with inventory management.
- Stay updated on jewelry trends and materials to better assist customers.
- Maintain organization and attention to detail while juggling multiple client needs.
- Assist with day-to-day boutique operations as needed.
