$1500 HIRING BONUS
Anyone hired as a server or bartender at Rumi’s Kitchen in Washington D.C. during the Bonus Period (4/5/2025-4/30/2025) will receive a new hire bonus of $1500, paid according to the following schedule: 50% after the new hire has worked for 90 days, and 50% after the new hire has worked for 6 months.
*Subject to the Exclusions and Disqualifications listed below
Exclusions and Disqualifications:
1. The new hire has previously worked for Rumi’s Kitchen;
2. The new hire receives a write-up or other disciplinary action;
3. The new hire is no longer employed at Rumi’s Kitchen in Washington D.C. at the time the referral payment comes due.
4. The new hire works fewer than 32 hours per week for the first 6 months of employment.

Rumi's Kitchen is currently seeking exceptional Server candidates to join our team in DC!!
We are searching for ambitious, friendly individuals who will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Servers are responsible for helping guests navigate our menu, pacing courses, developing relationships with guests and helping their teammates on the floor. Skills developed as a Server enable success in other roles within our restaurant, and teach a level of professionalism that translates to other industries.
Fine dining restaurant experience is a plus!!! (Minimum of 3 years serving experience required)

Paid server training which last for 2 weeks
Earn up to $2500 per week once you make it on the floor.
