We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Catering Assistant to join our team. As a Catering Assistant you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our catering operations, ensuring smooth and successful events. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain excellent customer relationships by addressing any concerns or issues promptly

-Organize and prepare caterings to leave to their destination

-Review weekly catering menus for corporate clients to insure accuracy

-Assist with Delivery Driver routing

-Assist with partial inventorying of items

-Perform cashier duties for walk in clients

-Delivery Catering Orders when necessary (tips will be paid for each delivery)

-Must be bilingual English and Spanish

-Must have a valid drivers license

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hotel or food industry is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and inspire others
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
