Overview
We are looking for a reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join us as a Front Desk/Billing Assistant in a dynamic and supportive work environment. As the first and last point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and helping patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their recovery journey. We deeply value the vital role a talented front desk plays in supporting both patients and staff!

Locations
The primary location is in Vienna/Tysons. Ideal hours can be discussed, but most days will be roughly between 730am-530pm.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

Greet and welcome patients into a warm, supportive environment
Process forms for clinicians and ensure compliance and authorization through insurance companies
Schedule, check-in/check-out patients, and process payments
Answer phones and manage voicemails promptly and professionally
Assist patients with inquiries, requests, and concerns in a friendly, empathetic manner
Keep the front desk area neat and organized
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving workflow and patient experience

Required Skills:

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to learn and follow multi-step processes
Capable of multitasking and staying organized under pressure
Collaborative mindset and ability to build strong relationships with patients and coworkers
Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail
Previous experience in a front desk, administrative, or personal assistant role preferred
Accurate data entry and proofreading skills
Basic familiarity with clerical tasks and office equipment
