Job Overview

We’re seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our team in a uniquely immersive and hospitality-driven environment. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and care
Provide genuine, present, and welcoming service to each guest — without relying on screens
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the bar area throughout the shift
Monitor inventory and communicate low-stock or supply needs
Collaborate with team members (barbacks, hosts, managers) to ensure seamless flow of service
Handle cash and POS transactions with accuracy and integrity
Support opening and closing duties as needed
Educate guests on the space’s values and set the tone for an intentional, engaging experience
