Responsibilities

Support Hotel Management: Assist the General Manager in overseeing all hotel departments, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Revenue Management: Help implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Budget Management: Collaborate in developing and managing budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
Staff Supervision: Supervise staff, providing training, support, and performance evaluations in collaboration with the General Manager.
Policy Implementation: Assist in implementing and maintaining hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
Team Environment: Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among staff.
Guest Relations: Address guest complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Marketing Collaboration: Work with marketing teams to promote hotel services and special events.
Market Awareness: Monitor industry trends to help maintain competitiveness within the hospitality market.

Experience

Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Knowledge of revenue management techniques and budgeting processes.
Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is preferred.
A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
