Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support Team Leadership: Assist the General Manager in managing all restaurant activities, providing support, guidance, and feedback to ensure a cohesive and high-performing team committed to excellence.
- Banquet Operations Management: Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of banquet services, including event planning, menu coordination, and staff scheduling.
- Financial & Inventory Management: Assist with managing orders, contracts, and inventory to ensure cost efficiency, reduce waste, and support operations, while helping coordinate supply budgets and vendor relations.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions on product and policy changes for front-of-house staff. Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to ensure the kitchen team is well-trained on changes in food production, product specs, and quality control.
- Performance Feedback: Participate in providing performance feedback for front-of-house staff.
Who You Are:
- A Seasoned Professional: With 2-3+ years of proven management experience in the hospitality industry, you're ready to take on the challenge of this venture.
- Soccer Enthusiast: While familiarity with soccer is a bonus, your understanding of its unique charm in creating a lively pub atmosphere adds an extra layer of appeal to your candidacy.
