Compensation & Perks
- Commission: 18% of the Gross Margin on sold & produced projects
- Draw on Commission: Flexible draw structure during your onboarding period
- Vehicle Allowance: $450/month
- Phone Allowance: $50/month
- Technology Provided: Laptop and access to CRM tools
- No Cap on Income – your drive determines your earnings
What You’ll Do
As a Residential Sales Associate, you’ll manage the full customer sales journey—from initial contact through project closeout—while building trusted relationships and championing the CertaPro brand in the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations and deliver professional, detailed estimates
- Present solutions clearly and confidently to help customers make informed decisions
- Follow up consistently with prospects—every lead matters
- Communicate with customers from initial sale through post-project check-in
- Coordinate with the production team to set expectations and ensure quality delivery
- Maintain organized records and notes using CRM and scheduling tools
