Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying and selling process.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively negotiate deals and market properties.
- Stay informed about Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws to ensure compliance.
- Assist clients with property management and administrative tasks as needed.
- Develop marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers.
- Maintain organized records and documentation related to transactions and client interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proven sales experience with a focus on negotiation
- Understanding of Fair Housing regulations
- Ability to market properties effectively
- Multilingual or capabilities are a plus
- Familiarity with real estate law and property management
- Organizational and administrative experience in real estate
- Willingness to obtain a Real Estate License through our support
