Responsibilities:

Handling incoming calls and other communications.
Offer the Alcohol and Drug Education/Treatment program over the phone and in person
Managing filing system.
Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
Maintaining office equipment as needed.
Aiding with client reception as needed.
Answer e-mails in clearly written.

Requirements

- ITIN Numbers are allowed.
- Living near the area (Suitland, MD), even Virginia.
- High school diploma or associate’s degree.

-Experience with sales
- Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
- Experience in Customer Service.
- PROFICIENT in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
- Warm personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
- Great communication skills.
- Excellent ability to prioritize work

Work Schedule:
Monday thru Friday (9 - 6pm)
Saturday (8:30 - 1:30 pm) One saturday off per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
