You will guide them through their choices, respond to their inquiries, and help them feel confident about their selections. A Typical Day as A Verizon Sales Associate Might Include:
- Having genuine conversations with customers about their wireless and telecommunications needs
- Learning about different service plans and features so you can explain them in simple terms
- Building trust and rapport with customers from the very first interaction
- Guiding customers through the enrollment process with patience and care
- Following up with customers to make sure they're happy with their new services
- Working with our support team to resolve any questions or concerns that come up
- Keeping detailed notes about customer preferences and needs
- Participating in ongoing training to stay current on new products and sales techniques
What We're Looking For in a Verizon Sales Associate:

Position Overview:
- Employment Type: This is a full-time position
- Hours: This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 40-50 hours per week
- Location: This position will be based out of our Maryland office and assigned local territories. Sales Account Advisors will be working face-to-face with customers
- Clients & Products: We work with Verizon to promote and sign up new customers for telecommunication, wireless, and internet services
Compensation: This is a 100% commission-based role where associates can earn an average $50,000-$60,000 per year based on completed sales.
