Job Description:

Summary:

The Events & Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Special Events Assistant and assist the Director of Special Events within the College of Arts and Sciences. The Assistant is expected to act professionally as a CAS Special Events Office representative.

Responsibilities:

Coordinating and facilitating the setup and event logistics of CAS events in various locations on campus.
Cross-trained to assist with other administrative duties within the CAS Dean’s Office as and when required.

Position Type/Expected Hours Of Work:

Part-Time.
10 hours per week.

Salary Range:

$17.95 per hour.
